Words are powerful yet a lot of people take it to be common. It tears down strong men and bury them in the mud. Words dries up the fresh lungs and shatter it on rock without mercy if not used rightly. Some of the parents, guidance and councilor or teachers neglect this fact when they handle the children within their care. The words we speak to our children stick to their mind and can't be easily removed, that is more reasons we have to be kind with the words we speak to our children. The words we speak to our children either builds them positively or destroys them. But our children don't need the destructive words rather the encouraging ones. Over the past 28 years of my life, I have been fighting real big. I have over time been fighting my confusions, my conscience and My past. These have decided to keep a fight on me and I said NO to falling even when my strength is disappointing me. I kept fighting I kept pushing And I kept Praying. Everything in life is fighting you and their main aim is to bring you down to NOTHING. But you have just two options; To accept defeat             Or To keep Fighting In my fight to be GREAT and SUCCESSFUL, I have found out that there are two things I continue to fight and I am still fighting hard to win and those things are; My LAST SUCCESS and ME. Olawunmi sets to break Guinness World Record

Something is going on at Herbert Macaulay library. A Nigerian, Olawunmi Treasures Bayode is about to break the Guinness World Record in the category of the Longest Reading Marathon (Read Aloud) He’s attempting to read for 120 straight hours. The current world record is 113 hours 15 minutes, completed by a man from Nepal. He has done over 85 hours of reading out loud now. And he is still reading till Saturday. His objective is to raise a campaign to improve the dwindling reading culture of Nigerians. He is supported by Lagos State Ministry of Education and GTBank. This is in line with the Ministry’s drive to improve the reading culture of Lagosians through the Eko Reads Initiative.
