We are all called and born to lead but very few end up LEADING. The reason being that very few are ready to pay the PRICE for Leadership. LEADERSHIP is all about SACRIFICE in the place of SERVICE and very few are ready to pay that PRICE. You can't serve the whole world at a time but you can start to serve that your neighbor, community and town without requesting anything from them. It's hard but it's worth it.
