A Leader inspires

Leading some set of people does not mean you do their work for them to show how much you love or care for them, it goes beyond that.

Leadership is all about the leader having the capacity to inspire people to do what they are supposed to do at the actual time.

It's all about inspiration.

Giving people money all the time the need money will forever make them your slave and steal from them the ability to do or think out something.

A good leader is a good inspirational speaker.

Sometimes all your followers need is inspiration to take responsibility.

Leadership is all about sacrifice

We are all called and born to lead but very few end up LEADING. The reason being that very few are ready to pay the PRICE for Leadership. LEADERSHIP is all about SACRIFICE in the place of SERVICE and very few are ready to pay that PRICE. You can't serve the whole world at a time but you can start to serve that your neighbor, community and town without requesting anything from them. It's hard but it's worth it. It was hard for Jesus Christ It was hard for Nelson Mandela It was hard for Martin Luther King Jr It has been hard and will always be but it takes the real LEADERS to pay the PRICE in SERVICE for their LEADERSHIP.
